Building Sales Job Description (sample):
Our company is a leading manufacturer of building products and is
seeking a self-motivated individual to help us grow. The job
candidate must be able to work at all levels in both new and
retro-fit environments. The successful candidate will influence
design specifications, negotiate high level, long term supply
contracts. Will interface with our marketing team for product and
program development.
Must have a minimum of 3 years
experience selling major building accounts or similar selling
environment. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and
decision-making skills are imperative. You will be working directly
with our regional sales force. Candidates must have a 4 year degree,
excellent computer skills, be familiar with computer based sales
presentations. Must be willing to travel. Position will report
directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
